The Simpson Life: : Catch Up

Time to play catch up on the blog! The past month and a half have been crazy busy and I'm now just getting time to update you all.

Last month we finally got to bless Bentley! It was a special day and one I will never forget. It was such an amazing thing to hear Trevor give our son a blessing.

Bentley also turned 5 months last month!

He's clearly tired of taking these pictures, but I just can't help it!

-He weighs 20 lbs and is 28 inches long. (All last month! Definitely has changed now!)

-People mistake him as a 9 month old.

-He's officially in his 12 month clothes.

-He's teething.

-Loves playing in his jumper and walker.

-Started baby food and love sweet potatoes.

-Loves face timing his daddy.

I'm back and forth a lot between Utah and Washington. When I'm at home in Utah, I get to see my younger siblings a lot. I had the opportunity to take my little sisters to Lagoon one day and the week after that, some of my other siblings to Lagoon as well. I love spending time with them and will miss them when they move.

Bentley's first Easter was fun! Well, at least I think he enjoyed it. Even though we didn't get to spend it with Trevor, we went and spent it with my side of the family. It's nice getting together with all of the cousins and catching up. Nothing like a big ol family dinner at Nana & Papa's house!

Whenever we come to Washington, we spend a lot of time at my in laws. It's nice for them to spend time with Bentley and for me to get a little break and also for Trevor and I to get out without having to worry about Bentley.

A couple weeks ago my mother in law went out of town so it was just Bentley, me and Mason, all week! Well, Mason is always out doing something so Bentley and I were bored. But we did take a lot of pictures!

We went back to Utah for a couple days, because I had some appointments and then turned right back around for Washington. We met my mother in law about half way and drove up together.

Trevor and I were able to go on a triple date last weekend and it was a lot of fun! We don't have very many married couples that are our friends, in fact we don't have any. Haha! But we made some and had a blast! We went to the driving range and embarrassed ourselves, Red Robin for dinner and FroYo for dessert. It's nice to get out with people our age every once in awhile, even though our baby boy is fun!
